Menopausal Angina

This was SO great to hear acknowledgement of these symptoms from someone such as Prof. Sarrel - it was SO validating!
If you haven’t read my blogs, the short version is that, I ALREADY KNEW THE ABOVE. I was one of those women for whom levelling up my oestrogen made my heart happier. Which I had had to work out for myself because….

Cardiology just ain’t interested.
Which is why I am now on a mission to increase awareness to both female patients AND cardiology.

The earliest noting of these perimenopausal symptoms is as far back as 1938 and they have been listed on The Greene Scale since at least 1973!
