The sudden, sharp, breath-taking chest pain has hit me.
I cannot believe it.

This CANNOT be happening again.

I looked like I was “gonna blow” when I had a heat  (hot flush) and something did blow.
A wall of one of my coronary arteries, leading to a SCAD heart attack.

I am in the Acute Medical Unit… surreal.

“I am so sorry, I was wrong. You have definitely had 1 if not 2 heart attacks.”
